![]() Now that you can see everything that was in your pantry and kitchen cupboards, you can finally pitch those expired or unwanted items you bought for that one recipe everyone HATED and you’re never going to make again. One of the goals for creating your own pantry inventory list is to eliminate food waste, so this hopefully won’t happen (as much) from now on! We all have that can of beans in the back of our pantry that’s almost as old as our middle child, so don’t feel bad if you have to throw away some expired goods. Sorting by category makes it easier to see how much of each thing you have, so you can give each type of food enough space when you put everything back. Bottled water & juices – I keep these on the bottom shelf in my pantry.Fresh foods that keep well in cool, dark places – potatoes, onions, apples. ![]()
